It’s Done!!

After a 17 year hiatus, Chris, with the help of local legends Steve Hanson and Steve ‘Fuzzy’ Blazek, has finally released his second CD of original songs ‘Most Times Good’ on the Prairie Dog label.

The 16 songs feature Chris’ songwriting skills in a variety of styles including folk, country blues, western swing, ‘spacegrass’, and Celtic. Co-produced with Steve Hanson, Chris has fulfilled a long held dream to work with the talented sought-after musician/audio engineer/producer. He backs Chris up with a multitude of instruments including banjo, bass, synthesizer, electric and acoustic guitars, ukulele, mandolin, Hilo slide, and even some harmony vocals.

Childhood friend Steve Blazek adds the perfect touch with his masterful pedal steel and Weissenborn guitars.

All three grew up in the Prairie Capitol of Lincoln, NE and have been part of the vibrant local music scene for decades.

‘Like butter on a fresh baked biscuit’ and ‘heartfelt’ are two initial descriptions of this musical testament to life, love, and laughter in the face of an ever complicated world.
