   Moonbeam has been one of better cows in our breeding program, but once again we are faced with no rain, poor pasture and an unavailability of hay.   We would love for this quality cow to go to a good home where her genetics can be appreciated.  She has the much sought after Watson lineage in her sires pedigree, and influence from Day's program on her dams side.  Moonbeam was calved September 1 of 2001, so she has many years and calves ahead to influence your breeding program.  Measured on 07-05-2008, her tip-to-tip horn width measured 58" , horn base 9-3/4", and her heart girth was 70" which translates to approximately 960 lbs. on a standard beef weight tape.  Moonbeams' pedigree (click here).
