literary news
new books and chapbooks from authors in this issue

This issue was posted 17 October 2005.

Rachel Dacus will be the guest editor for the winter 2006 issue. Please address all submissions to Ms. Dacus during the next reading period, which is November 7th-December 7th 2005. Send submissions only during that window of time. For more information and kaleidowhirl's new e-mail address, please read the guidelines. Responses to submissions will be sent by December 19th (this is slightly longer than the usual four week reply time due to collaboration between the guest editor and regular editor; thank you for your understanding and patience).

New feature: Due to computer problems and my chronic illnesses, there have been delays and problems with publishing kaleidowhirl. I have created this site to post status reports if need be. I also plan to post detailed stats (such as how many and which countries have visited kaleidowhirl) and possibly share thoughts on editing a literary magazine.
