The baud rate jumpers are found near the UARTs.

With the jumpers set as shown, the baud rate will be 9600. Installing the missing jumper will set the rate to 38400. I assume that the usual table applies:

000:   300
001:   600
010:  1200
011:  2400
100:  4800
101:  9600
110: 19200
111: 38400

I do not know which end these jumpers start from.
