GENERAL RULES FOR BOTH ANTIQUE AND SUBURBAN TRACTORS

TRACTORS FOR THE ANTIQUE DIVISION WILL BE "1957" and older.
1. If under eighteen (18) years of age, parent or legal guardian must be present and take full responsibility for actions of the contestant. A waiver form will be required.
2. Operator must remain seated and have complete control of the tractor at all times.
3. Safe operation is required in all staging areas, the pits and on the track. "HOT RODDING" will not be tolerated and is reason for disqualification.
4. All drivers will wear shoes and shirts.
5. No alcoholic beverages are permitted. Any driver or pit crew member under the influence of drugs or alcohol will have their tractor disqualified for the entire event of that day. No refunds will be given if tractor is disqualified for any reason.
6. No riders are permitted on the tractor while going to or from the scales, while on the track or in the pit area.
7. If any weights or part of the tractor falls off during the pull that pull will be disqualified. The pull is complete when the sled is unhooked from tractor.
8. The track flagman controls all starts and stops. Failure to follow the flagman’s directions will result in disqualification.
9. Violation of any rule is cause for disqualification. The flagman reserves the right to disqualify any tractor not being operated in a safe manner.
10. The Club officials or Board of Trustees reserve the right to make all final decisions concerning the legality and safety of any entry
11. Each participant must be a club member to pull.
GENERAL ANTIQUE RULES
1. Any Club member, along with a Club official can request a drawbar or RPM check at anytime.
2. Tractors may be tach checked immediately following each pull.
3. Tractors may pull in more than one division per day.
4. All tractors must have a working governor, and no electronic ignition systems in the stock or division "A" class.
5. If "PTO" shaft is turning it must be shielded.
6. Drawbars must be stationary, and trick hitches will not be allowed.
7. The length of the drawbar may not exceed eighteen inches measured from the center of the rear axle to the hitch point.
8. Rear weights will not extend more than six inches past the furthest point of the rear tire.
9. Front weights will be no more than eleven feet from the center of the rear axle to the furthest point of the weight.
10. Weight classes will be: 2750; 3000; 3500; 4000; 4500; 5500; 6500; 7500 & 8500 pounds. Not all weight classes will be pulled in all three divisions.
11. No four-wheel drives will be allowed to pull.
12. Dual wheels or tire chains will not be allowed.
13. Fluids may be used in tires.
DIVISION "A"
1. Drawbar height will not exceed sixteen (16) at anytime during the pull.
2. Stock R.P.M.
3. 2.5 MPH speed limit. This will be checked by the sled and you will receive a horn blow if over the limit. On the third horn blow you will be disqualified.
4. T.A.'s allowed but no shifting during pull.
5. Tires—per Firestone chart;
(A) 3000, & 3500 Ibs. 130 sq. inches
(B) 4000 & 4500 Ibs. 145 sq. inches
(C) 5500 Ibs. 170 sq. inches
(D) 6500 Ibs. 230 sq. inches
(E) 7500

6. No tractor will pull under manufacturer's shipping weight.
7. No radial tires permitted.

DIVISION "B"
1. Drawbar height will not be more than eighteen (18) inches at anytime during the pull.
2. Will not allow more than 10 percent over stock R.P.M.
3. The speed limit is (3.5) M.P.H. This will be checked by the sled and you will receive a horn blow if over the limit. On the third horn blow you will be disqualified.
4. No radial, sharpened, or altered tires of any type will be permitted.
5. Not over "16.9 X 38" tire size.
DIVISION "C"
1. Drawbar height will not be more than twenty (20) inches at anytime during the pull.
2. Will not allow more than 20 percent over stock R.P.M.
3. 2750-4000 pound limit is (6) M.P.H.
4500-8500 pound limit is (7) M.P.H.
This will be checked by the sled and you will receive a horn blow if over the limit. On the third horn blow you be disqualified.
4. Tractors must have wheelie bars that will support the weight of the tractor in its heaviest class.
5. Tractors must have a working kill switch easily accessible to the person hooking the sled.
6. Cut or sharpened tires will be permitted as well as radials.
7. Not over "18.4 X 38" tire size.
