Several years age my great aunt went to a senior's lunchen and someone had made little train engines from candy and placed one at each place setting. She enjoyed showing it to us, and I decided I could make one like it. Since then I have made over a hundred, and given them away at work, at church, or even at a dinner. Since I cannot make enough for everybody, I want to share my methods so that many people can share this joy with children of all ages.
