Us
If you are flying in for the races please contact
our office with dates, times of arrival and departure along with make of aircraft
and tail number. This will allow us to efficiently serve you and prevent
any unnecessary delays. Please bring your Tronair head, if applicable.
We do have many Tronair heads on hand, but this will guarantee that
we can move your aircraft, if necessary, for better service.
The Iowa Speedway is located
within 2 city blocks of our terminal building. This is closer than
some of the general parking at the Speedway and is well within walking
distance. On race days, we do not provide a shuttle over to the
Speedway since it is so close and our staff on hand will be busy
providing necessary services to the aircraft coming to our field.
We
do have a minimum purchase or handling fee that applies to all transient
aircraft. Call ahead to our office for
pricing.
As of Fall 2010 our runway is strengthened to 51000 lbs dual-wheel. If, however, higher weight operations are desired, please contact us to provide you with a waiver.
