NetRef v1.0

NetRef is a database-based reference program which combines the following into a single, stand-alone program:

  1. ARL Radiogram reference
  2. Handling instructions reference
  3. Q-Code (QRU, QNI, etc.) reference
  4. Traffic routing scratch pad (customizable for up to 10 columns)
  5. Net script reference (or other .txt file)

The reference items are structured to make look-up a quick, easy process. Just enter the code you're interested in, and the appropriate reference information is instantly displayed (for ARRL Numbered radiograms, enter the decimal number (e.g. '62') of the message you wish to reference). The traffic routing scratchpad retains the last column configuration from one execution of the program to the next, and is easily modified.

Unfortunately, the download for this is on the large side, being approximately 4.5Mb (versatility ain't free), and requires the installation of the Borland Database Engine on your system in order to access the database files. If you already have the BDE installed on your system, you should select the custom installation, and only install the NON-BDE components (about 925K).

Installation

  1. Download the self-extracting file, and copy it to a separate folder.
  2. Execute the program to extract the installation files
  3. Run the Setup program
