All downloads are distributed as self-extracting files. The NetMan and NetTraffic files do not require any kind of installation procedure. Just extract the files, and place them in whatever directory is convenient for your own setup. The NetRef program is a little bit of a different sort of a beast, so instructions for it are on a separate page.
