Break the fishing reel down COMPLETELY.
Remove old grease and oil with proper solvents.
Utilize ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean tiny parts and hard to reach nooks and crannies.
Flush reel bearings and lube properly to make them sing again.
Inspect all fishing reel parts for wear and replace as approved by customer.
Lube using high performance (Quantum Hot Sauce) grease and oil in the proper amounts in the proper places.
Correctly reassemble. A Shimano Calcutta has 70+ parts. Do you know where they all go?
