Service Projects

The Cornelia Kiwanis Club is involved in many area service projects such as:

• Tools for Schools which provides school supplies for area elementary schools;

• Toys for Kids which provides toys for disadvantaged children and families in Habersham County;

• We are a proud sponsor of  Habersham Central High School Key Club. Key Club is the oldest and largest service program for high school students. What makes Key Club so successful is the fact that it is a student-led organization that teaches leadership through serving others. Members of the Kiwanis International family, Key Club members build themselves as they build their schools and communities;

• Joyously facilitating the Habersham County Art and Talent Showcase for 30 years and counting; 

• Gladly sponsoring Terrific Kids in area elementary schools;

• We are a proud sponsor of Boy Scout Troop 24;

• We provide Jack Ellard Scholarships annually to selected Key Club members; 

• We make annual donations in support of Sharing and Caring; 

• We make annual donations in support of the Habersham Christian Learning Center;
