Other Information

You may have seen this trailer for sale before. I purchased the trailer in late August because I had to move out of the rental I was in. I recently found a house and will be moving (again) the first week or so of November. I found out from the credit union that because it's less than 10 years old, it could be financed for up to 10 years. Since the home is worth more than I am asking, you would probably be able to borrow extra money (up to the $26,000) to have the home moved if you desired. The lot rent is $135.00 and the water & sewage runs about $50.00 total. Also, if you purchase this trailer before I move, we can get the utilities transferred to your name so you won't have to pay all the expensive activation fee's to turn back on the electric, gas, etc.
