The food vendors who donate their products require that we give only to those in need. USDA commodity distribution requires that we collect this information. To receive food or to receive USDA commodity foods you must bring the following information:
Picture identification such as current drivers license, work identification card, etc.
Social security cards for all persons living at the address (all members of the household)
Income verification (payroll check stub, letter of benefits from social security administration, bank statement, or income tax form).
Proof of Carroll County residence such as a utility bill in your name.
The food bank is located at 301 Bunch Springs Road directly across from the Berryville Cemetery. Bunch Springs Road intersects with Business 62 between Sports Corner and Worley Tire Co. You will receive food on the same day that you apply.
