-Added some new options, including the refresh interval, to the Restart "Navigate Message" window, which also clarifies the restart options.

7.0.2 - (Aug-29-2006)
- Fixed serious bug which occurrs if user has installed Internet Explorer 7 which modifies the Wininet.dll Function used by RadarLoop20x to check for successfully downloaded image files. . RadarLoop20x will misreport that the "Radar Data File (is) Missing." and then shut down the auto-refresh process and image loading, making it imposible to access any of the radar sites.
-Added user settings to disregard missing (unavailable) individual images by type when downloading sets.
-Fixed bug which would cause a slow, visible ripple in first image, if warnings file was not present.

7.0.3 - (Sep-14-2006)
-Added small enhancement to "Image Sets Window." . Clicking a set name loads its name in the "Name To Save As" text box.
-Added Legend Message Window to show when radar data is not available, typically, due to site maintenance.
-Fixed bug which causes error when more images than the NWS directory page can supply are requested. The directory page may have been changed (?) and a non-dated, non-image file link was added at the beginning of its list.

-New feature- right click the "Map" button to select one of three alternate NWS National Selector Maps. Each uses different base links for all of the sites. This is useful when, rarely, during heavy activity, the NWS, redirects the radar system through a one of its three different server systems.
-Minor bug fix - legend colors changed for NWS Warnings.
-Bug fix - prior versions of RadarLoop20x were unable to refresh, on some or all radar sites, caused by, posibly, changes in the user's Internet Options settings made by updates to Internet Explorer or changes in NWS servers. ... Regardless, RadarLoop20x will now handle this problem itself.
