Delivery: Mitchell Motorsports can deliver your parts to you if you are going to be at the race track that Mitchell Motorsports is going to be at. During the racing season we work on the karts Tuesday and Thursdays in the evenings. As for the time that we spend on the Internet that is just about all the time. Large Orders: If you are making a large order you may be asked to make a down payment to help ensure that you will take the order. Payment: Mitchell Motorsports does not offer any store lines of credit. This is to keep the bookkeeping down to save you money. You must have cash or a pre-approved check upon delivery. We now offer payment with credit cards from Pay pal. This however will cost you a little more because it will cost us to offer this service to you. The charge for using the service is 3.% of the total plus $.30 for the bill. We hope that this will make it better for you out customers. Purchasing : To purchase any of out products you will need to contact Mitchell Motorsports by phone, in person, or by e-mail. We currently can not take orders completely over the internet. We will contact you to confirm the order with in a short time. Returns: Products may be returned but are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is charged to us by our suppliers and we make no money off of this. Shipping: The buyer takes on all charges for shipping any items. Warranty: There is no warranty what so ever, expressed or implied, oral or written. Racing is dangerous all things associated with it, are done at your own risk. |
