Front Porch?

In my youth, folks could sit on their front porch in the evening and greet their neighbors passing by.  It was not unusual for friends to stop in and chat and maybe share a dessert.  In the 21st century, the web is often our front porch.  Passers-by on the Internet can stop in, read and ponder, and be on their way to another "front porch".  Sadly, modern technology precludes sharing some pecan pie ala-mode via the web.

Hopefully, something I have here on my front porch will at least make you ponder a bit.  Agree or disagree, all who stop are welcome.  Come, neighbor, sit a spell - take your shoes off.
