As a Systems controller for the Air Force, I maintained and operated communications systems for data and voice carrier systems utilizing microwave, fiber optics, telephony, metallic cabling i.e. (25,50 and 100 twisted pair cable), switching networks, HF radio, and satellite systems.

As a Network controller working for the federal goverment, I installed and maintained ethernet local area networks interconnecting hundreds of client computers via 10baseT cat 5,N-type 50 ohmcoaxial cable (thin & thick net), and fiber optics. All via a TCP/IP topology Local Area Network(LAN)and the World Wide Web (WWW). Maintained computer hardware ie: x86 and Pentium computers. Also maintained all the network and client software and have understanding of basic principles of programming. HTML, Visual Basics, and MS-DOS.

As a Safety/Maintenance employee for Central Baptist Hospital, I wear two hats. As a saftey officer I inspect and maintain all safety equipment such as fire extinguishing systems, Infant security system, and medical gas alarm panels. On the maintenance side, I monitor and help maintain the mechanical systems such as the boilers, water pumps,water softners, HVAC, and daily maint. from lights to mechanical patient lifts.
