The Syracuse Public Library desires to do the following:
To serve the residents of Syracuse and surrounding areas as a library with adequate recreational and leisure reading for all ages.
To provide reference material and offer Interlibrary Loan when needed for more information.
To provide meeting rooms for organizations civic in nature.
To provide library service to those who are not able to come
into the library.
