	1. Why do you need a DJ? Simple, having a professional DJ to do the entertainment that provide great music and the astrosphere to your party. Who want to hear a radio station at an event.
	2. Will Charles Sober work with you? Yes. I will work with you so that your event will go off without any problems, also we will keep in touch before the event incase something comes up so it can be fix.
	3. Dose the price and show matter? For you yes, for some DJ no, they will rob you blind if you are not careful. Some DJ will cost over $1.000+ just play for 3 hours, and might charge you $500 per hour plus for extra playing time. We believe that you do not need to pay high prices to hear music. Do want a DJ to show up wearing blue jeans, t-shirt and sometime drunk? Of course not, we always wear dress clean formal attire, and we never do alcohol while DJ and we never did illegal drugs.
UPDATE	4. What kind of payments dose Charlie's DJ Services accept? We only take Cash, PayPal and Money Order, we only take Local Business Check (only), SORRY we don't accept Personal Checks, Credit Cards, Western Union. Note: Pay-Pal may require fee if apply, See number 22 of FAQ for more information. We prefer Cash or Money Order from United States Postal Service. - Payment in cash or money order if your event is in a 20 miles radius of 16249. Payment can be made in full or pay half at time of signing the contract, unless stated in the contract. - Payment in Money Order for any event is greater than 20 miles radius of Rural Valley, PA
	5. How much dose Charles Sober charge for a charitable? It's up to Charles Sober to determine if your organization is able to receive our special. Organizations Package (Clubs, Banquet, etc.) $175.00 for 3 hours School/Sports Package (School function & School related functions) $150.00 for 3 hours
	6. What if we booked you within 60 days of my event? If you do book us within 60 days we require the payment to be paid in full at time of signing the contract.
	7. How can I hear your sound equipment and see the lights? If we play public event.
	8. Where can I go to see you play? Only if we are booked at public functions. (keep checking our or "Calendar" Pages for details).
	9. What type of insurance do you have in case an equipment get damage? Charlie's DJ Service carry insurance only if an equipment gets damage by us and it's our fault. But if any equipment get damage by someone by your event either you or the guest are required to pay for the damages (this is in our contract).
	10. Can you use our CDs, iPod, etc. at the event? No, this in case the CD or iPod get damage we are not liable, this is in our contract and our policy.
	11. What if I don't have a list of requested songs for you to play? If you don't tell what music to play we have a standard song list that we have made. But we suggest that you have one at least 2 months in advance.
	12. Why do we sign a contract? To make sure that the services to be perform is how you request for your event, and to make sure that their is no problems between both of us (everything is explain in our contract).
	13. Are you a part of another DJ Business? No, is run by Charles Sober.
	14. Is your music computerized? Yes (as of May 2011), but we still use CDs players also.
	15. Will you accept another DJ price, and how low are you will to go? If another DJ company has a lower price, I will honor that company price is less than what we offer.
	16. Are there any traveling fees that we should know about? Any event which is over 25 miles miles and up, one way, from our zip code of 16249 extra fee will be added.
	17. Will you call me back after I spoke with them? Yes. I will contact you after you have called them to make sure that you have entertainment for your event, if you didn't find a DJ or not. If not we will work with you so that your event will be a memorable for you without breaking your bank.
	18. How far will you travel? It will depend on me if we are willing to travel long distance, we do Western Pennsylvania. If we do decide to travel long distance will be additional fees added.
	19. What is ACT 34, 114, and 151 have to do with us and Charles Sober? ACTs 34 and 151 are clearances form Pennsylvania State Police and the Public Welfare Children Protective Department, and ACT 114 is clearance from FBI Finger prints. These clearances are require if employee or hire contractors for school and/or certain business. The purpose of the clearances is to make sure the person doesn't have past or present history of child abuse on record. The owner of this DJ service have these clearances.
	20. FREE SERVICES and discounts? Any free or discounts will be determined by Charles Sober.
	21. Do you give repeat clients a break, and if we refer your business to someone else? (added January 1, 2010) Yes, if the client likes our services we will take off $100.00 from the original price within a time frame for their next event. If the client refer us to someone else we will take 10% off the new client.

	22. What is "Inquire" and "Booked" mean on the Calendar Page? Inquire means someone gave information about that date, but they haven't secure the date. Booked means that they have secure the date.
	22. How do I send money to you through PayPal? In you PayPal account use these setup: In the "Send Money" tab on your PayPal account type in (the email that I will send you through email) in the To: (space), Enter (the amount agree) in the Amount (space), Click on "Personal" tab and click on Gift. A fee of 2.9% + fixed fee of $.30 USD may apply
