Pension Record Book 3 is divided into three sections. The first section lists those drawing a pension and includes some who had already died. The second section is a record of pensioners for an increase. The third section is a list of veterans and widows who had died since October 1914.

surgeon at Atlanta & Savannah, then in Abbington, Virginia, he was in
