Seems Like Everytime you install a program it wants to startup when you turn on the computer, to remedity this...
Go to START RUN and type in MSCONFIG
A window will open, go to the STARTUP TAB and UNCHECK The Programs you DO NOT need to start up...and you will see the little icons go away down in the TRAY (lower righr hand corner of your screen) this will help your computer go faster, bear in mind this does NOT delete the program, it simply stops them from loading at startup. If you have any problems then just recheck them again. You will have an option to reboot to make the changes effective, or simply reboot later.

If you haven't tried SKYPE then you are missing out...This is a FREE Audio/Video chat session, of course you need a Webcam and a Mic to get full use of it...if you use the call feature to make house/cellphone calls then you will be charged, so I advise against that, all you need is an email address or their name and skype will try to locate them for you..nice little program.
