Willis is spending the summer of 08 in the Netherlands with good friends Edwin Stammis and Sandra (pup raiser extraordinaire) of kennel Casyka. He's having a wonderful time meeting new friends. Shortly after his arrival there, he passed the difficult character test, which a dog must pass before being selected suitable for breeding. In the selection ring, he passed with flying colors, earning the Dutch title pE. I'm very proud of him and look forward to his return home this fall... he is truly missed here at home! At his very first two AKC shows he won 4 pt. majors under breeder judges, and after blowing his puppy coat, he returned to the ring and picked up a 5 pt. major to become an AKC champion at 15 mos.      Willis is a slow maturing male, standing just under 26", very square, full dentition, lots of leg, beautiful dark almond eye, and a deep mahogany red.   We are VERY excited about the future with him... he has sired 6 beautiful litters, passing on his lovely type. There are 10 champions from the first 3 litters, with several more AKC and UKC major pointed. The 4th and 5th litters are just beginning, and the 6th just babies.  Once again, a huge thank you to Mandy for entrusting me with this terrific young male.
